We THE PEOPLE are united against fascism in all its forms, and democraticaLly oppose authoritarianism.

Our demands are rooted in justice, transparency, and accountability.

1. Protect the First Amendment

Uphold and expand freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and the right to protest.
End state repression of journalists, whistleblowers, and organizers.
Drop all charges against protestors fighting for liberation.

2. Disband White Supremacist Networks

Designate violent white nationalist groups as domestic terrorist organizations.
Purge law enforcement and military of fascist sympathizers.
Investigate and defund coordinated fascist networks online and off.

3. Full Legal Accountability for Donald J. Trump

Indict Donald Trump for his role in the Epstein trafficking network—no more shielding the powerful from consequences.
Enforce all criminal convictions and investigate ongoing conspiracies to undermine democracy.
Bar convicted felons from holding public office.

4. Abolish ICE and End All Concentration Camps

Immediate closure of all immigrant detention centers.
Permanent protection and pathways to citizenship for all undocumented people.
Dismantle the deportation machine.

5. Defund and Demilitarize the Police

Reinvest in community-based safety, mental health, housing, and education.
Ban use of military-grade weapons against civilians.
End qualified immunity and implement independent community oversight.

6. No Kings, No Tyrants

End the cult of personality around leaders—left or right.
Restore the balance of power through direct democracy, mutual aid, and local control.
The people must lead the fight against fascism—not billionaires, not oligarchs, not criminals in suits.

Antifascism is not terrorism. It is community self-defense.
